Booking Policies


  • Check in Time 03:00 PM Check Out Time 10:00 – Entrance to the accommodation is from 15:00 to 22:00 an extra cost of £10 in cash will be asked if the arrival is outside the times.

  • Check out is between 08:00 and 9:00am.

  • Reservation is confirmed when the deposit of 25% of the total amount has been received.

  • The remaining amount of the rental stay is due within four weeks of the arrival date.

  • Electric is paid by a rechargeable key card meter the first £10 is included in the reservation.

  • A deposit of £75 is requested at the beginning of the stay and returned upon departure after the state of the apartment has been checked.

  • If the apartment is left in need of cleaning, a cleaning fee of £50 will be taken from the damage deposit


HOUSE RULES

  1. No Stag or Hen parties accepted.

  2. No dogs allowed.

  3. No smoking in the apartment. (Smoking is permitted on the terrace please put butts in ashtray)

  4. No more than 4 adults can stay at any one time. We allow 2 adults and max 2 children under 16.

  5. No unaccompanied under 18s. They must be accompanied by an adult.

  6. No parties or loud music.

  7. No bicycles or leisure equipment to be left on the terrace other than in the storage area set aside.

  8. No towels or washing can be hung to dry on the terrace other than on the clothes horse provided.


Cancellations

If Covid-19 restrictions lawfully prevent you from travelling, or from travelling from overseas without a lengthy quarantine period, we will try to rearrange your holiday dates if possible or offer the choice of a refund. We will require proof of address unless restrictions are national across the UK.


Refunds

  • 100% within 24 hours of booking (as long as less than 60 days before arrival date)

  • 50% of the vacation amount (as long as more than 4 weeks before arrival date)

  • 25% of the vacation amount (as long as more than 2 weeks before arrival date)

  • 0 % of the vacation amount if cancelled ( less than 2 weeks before arrival date)

In the event of non-arrival for reserved start date we will hold your accommodation for 36 hours before the reservation is classed as cancelled and any funds received would be lost.
